Introduction
The Writing minor will contribute to students’ understanding of Writing from various perspectives (creative writing, technical, and professional). It will prepare students for professional careers in a wide range of fields that require critical thinking, communication skills, attention to detail, and storytelling. The Writing minor will also provide background in the coaching or teaching of writing, usability testing, and qualitative research skills. The minor is appropriate for students in all majors.
