Program Description
The BS in Human Resource Management will enable you to become a knowledgeable human resource professional through a curriculum informed by professional organizations that lead the field including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Courses in the functional areas of human resources such as staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employment law are complemented by integrative courses such as global human resource management and the capstone course. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in a variety of organizations or for graduate-level study in business or organizational leadership.
