Program Description
The organizational leadership curriculum infuses business and leadership education to develop a more well-rounded approach to the study of leadership for current and aspiring organizational leaders. Students in the program will learn how organizations function at the interpersonal, team, and organizational levels and benefit from a practice-based approach to understanding and implementing key leadership approaches. The major requirements are designed to enable students to improve organizational effectiveness and to be aware of their personal formation and development as leaders.
