The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management will prepare students for a lucrative career in the field of human resources. Our curriculum combines business fundamentals and human resources core classes to create a comprehensive graduate ready to tackle the most pressing organizational challenges. Via our selective course model, students will also be able to dive deeper into key areas or interest or use their open electives to take a minor in organizational leadership, business administration or information technology management. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in a variety of organizations or for graduate-level study in business or organizational leadership.
